San Francisco Premier of A Murmured Tale

This was Chthonic Theater's first full length production and the west coast premier of A Murmured Tale. With three sold out shows at Shotwell Studios in San Francisco, this show was a success. Thanks to everyone who volunteered their time to make this show possible!

Women On the Way Festival

San Francisco, CA

The T-sisters were asked to perform a segment of "A Murmured Tale" at Footloose Production's annual Women on the Way Fesival in San Francisco, a showcase of emerging female performance artists. Later this year the t-sisters will begin a residencey with Footloose and will perform their full length production in June at the Shotwell studios, among other locations.

Wham City's WHARTSCAPE!

The second run of a Murmured tale took place at Wham City's annual summer art, music and performance fesitval in Baltimore Maryland, Whartscape, alongside acts such as Golden Age, Beach House, Jana Hunter, Santa Dads, , Wheattie Mattiasich and Andy Abelow.

MICA Thesis Show

Rachel Tietjen decided to take on the "musical in-progress" for her undergraduate thesis in general sculptural studies at the Maryland Institute College of Art (MICA). In the 2 nights that the show was performed, close to 300 people attended.
